Product Manager

The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

This is a full time, hybrid position based in Jerusalem, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Own product and features while working within a product team
• Understand the needs and motivations of the market and various stakeholders, analyze and translate these needs into detailed product requirements
• Work within a product team to build out the product roadmap
• Own the backlog, evaluate and create priorities and sprints to ensure delivery
• Work with internal and outsourced engineering teams using Agile methodology to drive rapid development

Requirements:

• Fluent English – A MUST
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven ability to specify and deliver quality B2B products – A MUST
• Experience in Agile processes and methodologies – A MUST
• Highly experienced in writing product requirements, Persons, User scenarios and flows.
• 2+ year of web product management experience.
• Experience in leading a product from definition to launch.
• Ability to communicate ideas and tasks through product documentation and mockups
• Ability to look at the smallest detail while not losing site of the big picture
• Organized, methodical and creative team player
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in working with APIs and Backend products – An advantage.
