Role and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and lead the infrastructure team and Helpdesk, ensuring top-notch support and service.

Hands-On Management: Oversee user and network management, maintain and manage end-user equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Vendor and Contract Management: Handle supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement in the IT field, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

Security and Projects: Enforce information security policies and manage large-scale IT projects, driving strategic initiatives and safeguarding our systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in maintaining IT systems on-site and in the cloud.
• Management of systems and technologies such as servers, storage, backups, DR, and virtualization (VMware).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, 365 services, and administration of Windows and Linux computers.
• Experience in networking, familiarity with equipment such as Fortinet, CISCO, HP.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures like Google, Azure, AWS - an advantage.
• Experience in implementing information security tools and cybersecurity - an advantage.
• Experience in managing technological projects.
• High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience and ability to manage a team.
• Ability to work independently and strong organizational and management skills.
