Role Description:
- Designing and developing a welfare and service plan for Sheba Medical Center employees, tailored to current challenges and evolving according to employee and organizational needs.
- Writing, leading, and implementing an annual work plan and guidelines in the field of promoting employee service experience and welfare.
- Partnering in decision-making and setting policies and strategies in human capital management.
- Leading organizational change processes and initiatives in the field of promoting service, experience, and employee welfare.
- Leading cross-organizational processes in human resources.
- Managing 4 departments within the division: Employee Service Center, Employee Experience Department, Welfare Department, and Retirement Department.
- Managing an annual budget of 12 million NIS.
- Managing professional forums for promoting and developing human resources areas: attendance, knowledge management, and employee retention.
- Data analysis and trends, presenting data and reports to senior management.
- Writing empowerment plans and employee retention strategies.
- Leading the emergency response axis in the Human Resources department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - mandatory; preference for advanced degrees.
- Professional experience in HR, with a focus on employee welfare.
- Proven managerial experience of at least three years.
- Experience in large organizations.
- Strong management, organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
