A leading group in the field of real estate is looking for a VP, manager of the legal department - excellent conditions!

As part of the job:

Managing the legal department on all levels

Legal support and advice for the company's management

Accompanying and leading mega projects from A to Z

Drafting of various agreements (consultants, contractors, operators, suppliers, service providers, etc.)

 Managing the group contracts and engagements

Direct reporting to the Deputy Director General

requirements:

*Experience as a VP/senior legal advisor - a must!

*Commercial understanding and negotiation skills

* Experience of at least 10 years as a lawyer in the commercial field

*Significant experience in the field of assets / real estate - a must!

*Leaves the commercial department of a leading / ranked firm

*Experience in accompanying mega projects

*Additional relevant degree (accounting, economics, business administration), an advantage

*Management experience of a department is an advantage
