SEO and Content manager/specialist

Company Description:

We are a telecommunications SaaS company established in 2007, with headquarters in Israel and a subsidiary in Houston, Texas. Our company provides innovative communication solutions to businesses, with all products developed in-house by our talented development team. We are about 120 employees. We are seeking an experienced In-House SEO and Content Specialist to lead our SEO and content efforts for both our Israel and US brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and site architecture
• Create engaging, SEO-optimized content for our website, blog, and other marketing channels
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content is visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
• Provide regular reports on SEO and content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure SEO and content are integrated into all aspects of the company's online presence

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and content creation, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic through content
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with management and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz
• Experience working with the US and Israeli market
• Familiarity with SaaS and/or telecommunications industries
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Umbraco
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma or Canva
