About You:

You have a proven track record of leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. Your expertise spans the integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of innovative products. You excel in fostering a team culture that emphasizes excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Your passion for new technologies and best practices is evident in everything you do. As a visionary leader, you drive initiatives from inception to completion. You are adept at understanding the needs of your team and peers, adapting your leadership style to ensure success.

Your Role:

As the VP of R&D, you will be a key member of our executive team, leading the design, development, and implementation of our technology platform. You will oversee the integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of our products and solutions, ensuring they meet the complex needs of our large customer base. Your leadership will inspire a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team, driving the company’s vision forward.

Your Experience:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

* Proven expertise in modern software development frameworks and languages, with an ability to adapt to new technologies.

* Strong foundation in non-relational databases, caching mechanisms, and micro services architecture.

* Demonstrated ability to build organized processes and produce structured formal documentation.

* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

* A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of software engineers and developers.

* Strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to drive long-term goals and initiatives.
