System Engineer

We are hiring a System Engineer for a challenging project at a missile systems and space division, focusing on developing a precision-guided munitions system. This project integrates disciplines across various content areas - aeronautics, mechanics, electronics, navigation, communication, avionics, and more.

What will you do:

• Analyzing customer requirements and system operation environment requirements.
• Defining system architecture, segmenting, and specifying interfaces.
• Defining system performance.
• Defining and writing engineering and integration requirements.
• Defining the verification and validation process and planning for the project according to budget, schedule, and customer requirements.
• Defining the operational concept of the system.
• Defining the system's lifecycle maintenance concept.
• Leading development and managing the engineering aspect as part of the system engineering team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical and Computers / Electro-Optics / Physics - mandatory. Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering - requires familiarity with electronics and software.
• Master's degree in systems engineering - an advantage.
• At least five years of experience in system development in electronics, mechanics, or aeronautics - mandatory.
• At least three years of experience as a multidisciplinary system engineer - mandatory.
• Hands-on development experience - mandatory.
• Ability to analyze and investigate faults.
• Previous experience in developing IM&S systems - a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• High-level English - speaking, reading, and writing proficiency.
• Expressive ability in writing and orally.
