CRM Dynamics Specialist

The Infrastructure Team at ITC is looking for an CRM Dynamics Infrastructure Specialist for core products.

What will you do:

• Managing products for various software projects.
• Responsible for multiple-shelf products such as CRM Dynamics, ServiceNow, ITSM, and more.
• Deployment, installations, upgrades, monitoring, management, and maintenance.
• Performance improvement, product integration with other systems in the organization, and support for development.

What We're Looking For:

• Academic degree in software engineering - Advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics infrastructure specialist with planning, deployment, upgrade, and maintenance capabilities - Mandatory.
• Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM) system - Mandatory.
• Experience in installing and setting up systems in a Linux environment - Mandatory.
• Experience as a Microsoft infrastructure system person, deep knowledge of IIS, SQL, and Windows Server infrastructure - Mandatory.
• Understanding of relevant technologies for integrating shelf systems in the organization including SSO, SAML, and SSL.
• Experience with internet services: LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SFTP, JSON JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, etc.
• Experience in scripting with PowerShell/Python/Bash.
• Familiarity with AD, Exchange, and Linux - significant advantage.
• High proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Self-learning abilities, systemic vision, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
