We are an innovative food tech company looking for an R&D Researcher to join our team.

Our team at O’Taste developed a ground-breaking enhancement platform for natural tastes, based on O’Taste’s proprietary technology that significantly increases taste intensity. The platform is used by food manufacturers to enhance the taste of natural sugar and salt, cutting their unhealthy use of industrial food products without impacting the products’ natural taste.

Responsibilities

The R&D Researcher role combines research and development in the company's technology department, including professional literature research and management of the company's intellectual property (IP):

• In-depth research of the company's core technologies.
• Research on material characteristics, such as particle distribution and type.
• Research raw material characteristics in all aspects, including physical and organoleptic properties.
• Promoting innovation in development and processes within the company.
• Planning and conducting experiments, including writing summary reports.
• Publishing in professional literature.

 Qualifications

• M.Sc/ Ph.D. in Material Engineering/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Food Science.
• At least 5 years of development experience from relevant companies.
• Experience in reading professional literature and writing articles.
• Experience in IP management - an advantage.
