R&D Reasrearcher and IP Manager
Job Description:
The role combines research and development in the company's technology department, including professional literature research and management of the company's intellectual property (IP).
- In-depth research of the company's core technologies.
- Research on material characteristics, such as particle distribution and type.
- Research raw material characteristics in all aspects, including physical and organoleptic properties.
- Promoting innovation in development and processes within the company.
- Planning and conducting experiments, including writing summary reports.
- Publishing in professional literature.
Requirements:
- M.Sc/Ph.D. in Material Engineering/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Food Science.
- At least 5 years of development experience from relevant companies.
- Experience in reading professional literature and writing articles.
- Experience in IP management - an advantage.
