Privacy, Product & AI Legal Counsel (Maternity leave)

Job Description

• Provide ongoing legal counseling to product teams, on a wide range of commercial, compliance, privacy and AI-related issues
• Research new and potential AI-related regulations, ensuring the legal department is up-to-date with any new developments
• Draft licenses, terms of use, contracts & other legal documents
  
  

Qualifications:

• A licensed lawyer with 1–3 years of experience as in-house counsel for a hi-tech company, prominent law firm, or other tech-related legal work.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) - must.
• Experience drafting commercial and consulting agreements.
• Enjoy learning and researching new legal aspects as they appear.
• Passion for tech, internet, AI, and SaaS.
• Superb multitasking and organizational skills.
• Diligent and hardworking.
• A people person and team player who cares about the work and clients.
• Experience with AI-related legal issues - advantage.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, licensing, and internet law (CIPP accreditation – advantage).
