Packaging and Chemistry Manager (7425)

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead all Packaging and Chemistry related activities including::

• Developing adhesives, packaging materials, and other carriers for LiVA products.
• Leading and managing all chemistry laboratory activities, including:

- Formulation design of adhesives and nutrient blend matrices.

- Development of chemical analytical tests for QC procedures.

- Management of chemical stability studies.

- Support in chemical research activities for characterization of LiVA treated products during shelf life.

• Interface with testing and regulatory service providers.
• Collaborating closely with LiVA’s microbiology department.

Skills & Requirements

• Relevant degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or material engineering.
• Hands-on experience in formulation design or packaging development in industrial companies - a must!
• Knowledge and experience in analytical chemistry testing methods.
• Experience with HPLC is advantageous.
• Background in microbiology/biotechnology is advantageous.
• The position involves hands-on lab work.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
