We're seeking a talented and experienced SW Team Lead to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SW product development across a diverse tech stack (BE, FE, Algo Engine).
• Foster a growth mindset within your engineering team.
• Oversee entire SDLC (architecture, design, implementation, maintenance).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality feature delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement in coding skills (yours & team's).
• Explore and integrate new technologies & programming languages.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in CS, EE, or related field.
• 8+ yrs OOP/OOD experience (min 3 yrs Python/Java).
• 4+ yrs team/tech lead experience.
• Exceptional software engineering skills & passion for quality.
• Strong interpersonal & collaborative team player skills.
• Proven mentoring ability.
• Git proficiency mandatory.
• Networking, Linux, DBs a plus.
• Web technologies (e.g., Django, Flask) a plus.
• Security clearence.
