Machine Learning Engineer

We are on the hunt for an exceptional ML Engineer with specialized expertise in NLP/LLMs to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a profound background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of LLMs and software engineering to enhance our analytics capabilities. As a senior figure in our data science team, you'll be pivotal in evolving our analytics solutions, and steering complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models from inception to production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results to improve models.
• Maintain and improve existing machine learning systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Keep abreast of developments in the field to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of technology.
• Communicate complex solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in ML engineering.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics).
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in NLP/LLMs
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JAVA
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• familiarity with frameworks and languages like React, TypeScript, Angular or Vue
