Finance and Budgeting Economist.

Ashstrom Residential for Rent Department is looking for a Finance and Budgeting Economist.

What does the job include?

- Maintenance of models for operating and financing existing projects and building models for new projects

- Operation and maintenance of existing financing agreements

- Working with internal and external organizational parties

- Carrying out budgetary control for projects under construction

- Building a forecast of results for the company's activity

- Maintenance and updating of economic databases

- Data collection, analysis and presentation

What is important for you to have?

- Bachelor's degree in economics/ business administration/ accounting/ other relevant degree - mandatory

- 2-3 years of experience working in a large organization - mandatory

- Practical knowledge of Excel at a high level, with an emphasis on economic models (macro/VBA - an advantage) - mandatory

- Orientation in working with information systems, databases and their analysis - mandatory

- Experience in the field of real estate / infrastructure / consulting companies - an advantage

- Accounting understanding - an advantage
