Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D team.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage support cases related to product issues that are issued by Support team to Engineering team.

Assign cases to the appropriate R&D team
Manage cases lifecycle
Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders
Release fixes
Oversee the engineering team's handling of cases and track their day-to-day progress

Key Qualifications

A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent communication skills
High proficiency in English
Experience in either R&D, project management of engineering projects, or a cybersecurity related position
BA in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering - an advantage
