Legal Counsel, Head of Commercial and Marketing Law

A leading international industrial company is looking for an experienced and talented commercial lawyer to join our legal department as Head of Commercial and Marketing Law. The lawyer will be reporting to the General Counsel and will be managing a team of lawyers under his supervision. The work is hybrid (one day from home, four days in the office).

What will you do:

• Negotiate, draft and review various commercial agreements and transactional documentations.
• Support SodaStream’s various departments, business activities and objectives globally.
• Provide commercial legal advice to the company, its subsidiaries, stakeholders and global markets.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.
  
  

• License to practice law in Israel.
• 10-12 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial and marketing law.
• Experience in managing a team of lawyers.
• Experience in providing legal services to senior management.
• Excellent legal writing and speaking capabilities both in English and Hebrew (most work is in English).
• Working in a legal department in a global company or in the commercial department of a reputable law firm

• You possess experience in broad range of commercial agreements (e.g., retail, supply, logistics, IT).

• You can handle high-pressure situations, to perform multiple tasks, work on short lead times and meet tight deadlines.
• You have strong business orientation.
