Database Administrator (Ms SQL Server)

We offer a remote full time position of a Ms Sql Server DBA specialist to assist in developing database-oriented products and deploying these products at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform POC at customer sites

2. Deploy company’s products at customer sites

3. Investigate how to integrate database tasks into the company’s products

4. Support for development team

Requirements:

Mandatory

1. SQL Server – installation, maintenance and performance tuning

2. One of the following: Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL – installation and performance tuning

3. Linux and Windows as power user

4. Experience of working at different customer sites

5. Experience in Migration and Upgrade.

6. Backup logical and physical

7. Replications and DR 

Nice to have

1. Database Replication strategy: Golden Gate, Oracle Streams, materialized views 

2. Oracle RAC 

3. Oracle DataGuard

4. MySQL

5. Postgres

6. DB2

7. PL/SQL, T-SQL
