You can expect to work on

• Designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models to improve our data processing and analysis capabilities.
• Implementing and enhancing natural language processing (NLP) algorithms for extracting insights from unstructured data sources.
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving our product offerings.
• Optimize prompt engineering techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI technology.
• Developing and maintaining robust data pipelines, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to continuously enhance our technology stack.
• Influencing our data strategy and contributing to the design of our data architecture.

You should join us if

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, with a strong background in machine learning and NLP.
• Proven expertise in NLP, language models, and their application in real-world projects, preferably within an enterprise context.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.
• Demonstrated experience in model development, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning to achieve business objectives.
• You are fearless about learning the details, and understanding every single minute detail of an underlying system or process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design robust, scalable solutions.
• Passionate about working with data and eager to apply machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
• Proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers.
• Hold a BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Excellent spoken and written English.
