Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior VoIP Engineer at Wetake R&D Ltd located in Raanana. The Senior VoIP Engineer will be responsible for technology development, troubleshooting, voice over IP (VoIP), telephony, technical support, and networking.

Qualifications

• Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony expertise
• HIGH experience with NodJS language for script development
• Experience in deploying and maintaining VoIP solutions under ASterix
• USe of Vicidial contact center or equivalent
• Knowledge of SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the IT or telecommunications industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
