System Administrator

We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems and Communications Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a real impact on our business.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers in a VMware environment
• Install and maintain IIS servers
• Manage Ruckus switches
• Configure and implement FORTIGATE firewalls
• Manage and maintain 365 Office
• Manage backups using Veeam
• Troubleshoot and resolve communication problems
• Knowledge of information security
• Knowledge of Cloudflare WAF, ESET, CYNET XDR, Cisco Iron Port (a plus)
• Teamwork

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in troubleshooting communication problems
• Knowledge and experience with VMware, 365, Veeam, FORTINET FW, information security, IIS network equipment management, ESET antivirus, communication protocols, MS ACTIVE DIRECTORY, VPN, GPO, cloud server farm management, IIS server installation and management
• Familiarity with AZURE and AWS (a plus)
• Scripting knowledge (a plus)
• Strong customer service orientation, ability to learn quickly, hard work and dedication, excellent interpersonal skills, willingness to invest and commitment
