NOC - Student

Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with great communication skills to join our support team in Israel.
• The ideal candidate will be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree Program with a concentration in Computer Science.
• Last year of studying bachelor’s degree(3)- computer science from a university- with an average of at least 80.
• English speaker with excellent written and Perfect verbal skills- a must.
• We are looking for an individual that can be available around 25-28 hours per week. Two -Three-night shifts (21 pm – 5 am), and including Friday morning/evening shifts and /or during a week. Training will take place during the day.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, operate, and act upon central monitoring systems while watching multiple environments and technologies.
• Configure and maintain multiple server platforms as required.
• Familiarity with Advanced Network Environments such as Windows/Linux, and hosting facility (Cloud).
• Log and API analysis, Simple development tasks.
• General problem-solving and complex system analysis.
