Data Architect

Data Architect is supervising the data management and data governance practices across the data projects for the Cloud-native medical platform.

Fundamentals:

• 2+ years of experience with GCP Data Services (BQ, Spanner, Dataflow, Composer);
• Extensive OLTP and OLAP experience in terms of both SQL and Data Architecture;
• Ability to provide guidelines on DWH/LakeHouse Data Modeling both for Batching and Streaming architectures. DWH/LakeHouse Modeling with a robust, fast, distributed, and modern architecture;
• Understanding of Dimensional Modeling and SCD;
• Good understanding of data governance practices (DQ, data lineage, data stewardship);
• Extensive experience in leading whiteboarding sessions (Lucid, MS Visio);
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills: adept at driving change through influence and effective networking.
  
  

• Experience in the Healthcare business domain;
• Good understanding of HIPAA Compliance;
• Experience with Enterprise Data Modeling (Data Vault, Inmon);
• Experience with Data Mesh;
• Experience with data contracts;
• Understanding of the Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (CSVLOD, TOGAF);
• Experience with Python.
  
  

• Ability to solve a couple of SQL problems in our live coding interview;
• Ability to build an e2e data platform in GCP given constraints and business priorities;
• Ability to work up to 13-14 EST. Probably, any Asian Time Zone is not acceptable at all.
