Device Testing engineer

We are at search of a Device Test & Reliability Engineer to join our R&D team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement electro-optical test plans for products under development.

• Develop methods and tools for testing and characterization of Silicon photonics, lasers, photodiodes, and modulator semiconductor devices.

• Plan and execute product qualification program, including Functional Testing, Reliability, and Performance.

• Analyze Test data and DOE results to provide vital insight into the development of innovative silicon photonics products.

• Lead and support cross-functional failure investigations to identify root causes and corrective and preventative action.

Required previous experience:

• Advantage: Experience with data analysis, statistics, and relevant Software tools.

• Advantage: Experience with Semi-conductor devices study and material Analysis

Required Skills:

• Good Theoretical understanding of photonics, semiconductor devices, and Statistical analysis.

• Advantage: Experience with coding in a Python environment.

• Advantage: Experience with planning and execution of experiments and Data analysis.

• Advantage: Hands-on experience in Lab work and electrical/Optical testing

Education:

B.Sc/MSc in Physics or Engineering.
