Presentation Specialist (Part-Time, Freelance)

We're looking for a part-time, freelance PowerPoint Wizard with exceptional PowerPoint skills and an excellent command of English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a flair for design, and a passion for creating compelling, visually stunning, on-brand, training presentations that effectively communicate study materials and complex ideas

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, design, reformat, and improve PowerPoint presentations to support a variety of needs, including training materials and corporate presentations.
• Reformat and standardize existing presentations across various templates while maintaining brand guidelines and content integrity.
• Ensure all presentations are visually appealing, on-brand, and convey technical content in a clear, accessible, and engaging manner.
• Collaborate closely with our Heads of Programs, Operations and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in PowerPoint, including templates, themes, graphs, images, videos, transitions and other non-trivial features, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and work - MUST; Google Slides - a plus
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for professional aesthetics. Experience working with brand guidelines.
• Independent Quality Assurance to make sure your work is top-notch, spell-checked, and conform with the task requirements.
• Mother-tongue level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Hebrew and additional languages - a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Passion for continuous learning and working with AI
• Experience with additional design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite / Figma) - a plus
• Background in technology, education, or training sectors - a plus
