What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a passionate Growth Admin to join our dynamic growth team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is a curious and data-oriented learner with a passion for understanding how processes impact growth. They will have the ability to seamlessly blend their analytical prowess with their operational expertise, be a quick learner with a strong work ethic and a desire to make a real impact on Faye's growth journey. They should be comfortable diving deep into data tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement of the daily rhythm of business, and provide support on a wide range of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely to the VP of Growth and be involved with important daily tasks and responsibilities to guarantee a high-paced rhythm of business.
• Assist senior growth team members in their daily tasks alongside developing and implementing efficient workflows for user acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
• Learn and manage growth marketing tools and resources, contributing to automation efforts.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting alongside marketing analysts.
• Assist with the execution of growth experiments and A/B tests, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Foster a collaborative environment by supporting cross-functional teams with growth initiatives.
• Constantly expand your knowledge in the field of user acquisition and marketing while flagging new tools and trends that lend itself to this role and growth marketing.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, Statistics, economics or a related field (or demonstrably relevant coursework).
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or a related field (or relevant coursework).
• Strong interest in growth marketing principles and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• English at a mother tongue level - A must
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while actively seeking guidance and learning opportunities.
