Beamup.ai is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join us!

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes. This individual will bring a unique blend of financial acumen and operational expertise, supporting cross-departmental planning and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key focuses:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead cross-departmental quarterly team planning and oversee ongoing reporting to management of goals progress and KPI's.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Support the Company CEO with strategic planning and initiatives.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations management or an equivalent role in a startup company.
• Big advantage: experience in a financial oriented or analytic role.
