Full Stack team lead

We are seeking for experienced full stack team lead for the digital department of a financial organization at Airport City

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for project development and maintenance of digital assets, management of a large development team

Leading the development and quality of the products in the team, maintenance of the systems and their integrity in production

Technical leadership of tasks and activities with full responsibility / guidance and empowerment and meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven experience of at least 3 years as a digital development team leader with a team of 4 or more employees – a must

Experience in development and responsibility for a variety of projects and systems simultaneously – a must

Hands-on experience of at least 4 years in web development, an advantage for Angular

Experience in development .net/.net core – a must

Experience with DB (ORACLE/SQL)

Work experience familiarity with CMS system (umbraco-advantage)

Experience in technical designand solution formulation

Experience working in AGILE processes and working withJira or TFS

Familiarity with security aspects in web and mobile

Previous experience in financial organizations (banks, insurance companies, credit card companies) – an advantage
