A startup utilizing AI Technlogies is looking for a HO R&D to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an R&D team in a startup environment, covering front-end, back-end, DevOps, and data engineering
- Design and architect technical solutions from requirements
- Oversee DevOps/Infrastructure with a focus on AWS
- Evaluate ROI of R&D projects and optimize cost structures
- Foster strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching within the team to attract and retain top talent
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience for various platforms
- 1+ years of experience managing a global team
- Experience with Node.js, JavaScript and Python
- Deep understanding of R&D builds for SAAS offerings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect development with business needs
- Experience with Scala - advantage
