Full Stack Engineer

Guideline Group (traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange) is a leading, well-established, company in Israel for providing technological solutions in the worlds of FinTech, Invest Tech, Legal Tec, and Business Tech (BT).

Guideline Group's capital market product line directly powers the data infrastructures of some of Israel's leading banking and institutional investor firms. Our platform also offers a near real-time data analytics desktop application, leading the capital market and industry.

We seek a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in .NET development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both backend and frontend technologies, with a passion for creating robust and scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET, C#, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Write testable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work within an Agile development environment, participating in planning and review meetings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a .NET Software Developer.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, TCP/IP, ASP.NET, WCF, Multi-Threading, and WIN32 API.
• Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Proficient in databases and SQL.
• Strong design and architecture skills in both desktop applications and backend services.
• Proven experience in writing testable code and unit testing.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Advantages:
