Technical Project Manager – Monitoring Project

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile technical project manager to lead a comprehensive monitoring project. This project involves learning and implementing a data collection system for our products. The role includes designing features, monitoring progress, and delivering project status updates. The project covers all aspects of the product, including system, network, development, and more, and requires collaboration with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection System Deployment: Collaborate with a dedicated development team to deploy the data collection system.

Define Metrics and Alerts: Establish thresholds, metrics, and SLA (Service Level Agreements) for each product.

Product Documentation: Create a general description document for each product.

Flowcharts Creation: Develop detailed flowcharts for each product, including network, system, and application component flows with the assistance of analysts.

Coordination of Fixes: Ensure that product development teams address and resolve any issues identified.

Coordination with Teams: Coordinate work with all product development teams to ensure issues identified by the monitoring and alert system are resolved.

Monitoring System Specification: Define the monitoring system’s working methodology, including required metrics and threshold setting.

Workflow Development: Develop and coordinate the workflow for analysts who will monitor the system and manage them at least through the setup and pilot phase.

Requirements

• 4+ year's Experience in managing complex technological projects
• Deep knowledge of IT and development fields.
• Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
• Experience in defining metrics, alerts, and SLA.
• Experience with a high-level database!!
• Documentation and coordination skills with development teams and analysts.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills in technological contexts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
