IT and cyber system team leader

We are seeking for a talented & experienced IT team leader for working in a highly supportive and friendly environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT & cyber team, ensuring the stability and security of our systems, and aligning IT initiatives with the business objectives.

• Design, implement and execute of critical IT system infrastructure used in various cyber systems.
• Build infrastructure and integration with various cyber software.
• Ensure the Resiliency, Scalability and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of IT resources.
• Recruit, train, mentor and manage the team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Job requirements:

• Understanding of networks protocols and network devices.
• Knowledge in Windows or Linux operation systems and networks.
• Experience in servers' management / virtualization / storage / security devices, backups, cloud computing (GCP / Azure / AWS).
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT leadership role.
• Ability to design and plan networks and infrastructure systems.
• Experience in monitoring the networks for threats or errors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT initiatives and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Advantage.
