Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a UX/UI Designer - Volunteering. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be working in sync with our well experienced Product Designer and Dev team and will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conducting user research and testing, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. You will play a key role in enhancing the user experience and ensuring the software is accessible and inclusive for all users.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Passion for creating meaningful and impactful designs
• Experience with educational or healthcare software design is a plus
• Knowledge of child development and experience working with children is a plus
