Junior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Marketeam.ai is a GenAI startup based in Tel Aviv District, Israel. We have developed the first proprietary Foundation Language Model for marketing (FLM, DALM) and are training autonomous AI agents to work collaboratively with humans as a marketing team. Our platform empowers businesses to have their own 'pro marketing team' working together 24/7 on building, promoting, and managing their brand to accelerate growth with expert-level skills, at platform-level cost & speed.

Our usual interview process:

• 15-minute phone call.
• 30-minute Online call.
• 1-hour conversation at our offices.

(If you don't have prior experience, you will be asked to create a Space on HugginFace)

Role Description

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Crawling the web.
• Creating synthetic Datasets.
• Build AI agents (without langGraph).
• Connect to external APIs. Create internal APIs.
• FineTune Large Language Models for specific tasks.
• ...

This role is located in Tel Aviv, full-time, hybrid (3 days at the office), next to the train station (Rokach Blvd 97).

Qualifications

• Experience with HugginFace, Torch, NLP, and LLMs.
• High proficiency in Python. Advantage: AWS, GO, Ruby, Elixir/Erland.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Git master.
