STARTICA is seeking a Technology Recruiter for a full-time role based in Tel Aviv, Ramat Hachayal.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing candidates through social networks, job websites, and the company's database.
• Conducting phone interviews, writing opinion comments, and conducting face-to-face interviews.
• Guiding candidates through the entire process, including reference checks, up to contract signing.

Who we are looking for:

• Relevant education in the field.
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment.
• 1+ year of experience in telephone/in-person sales.
• Strong interest in human resources and recruitment.
• Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator – a significant advantage.
