SW Team Lead (R&D Department)

SeeTrue is an exciting Artificial Intelligence well funded startup in the heart of Tel Aviv (a short walk away from Azrieli train station). SeeTrue is leveraging Machine Learning and Computer Vision to bring AI to optimize passenger journeys, making security screening accurate, fast and labor free.

Responsibilities:

• Create, design and lead the implementation of ST products, in a wide tech stack: BE, FED, algo-engine
• Leading a team of engineers to personal growth to achieve company goals
• Being involved in architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of all software components of the Product.
• Work closely with the Algorithms, QA, Data and Support teams in order to deliver the most valuable features, at the highest quality level.
• Constantly maintain and strive to raise own/subordinates’ coding skills to allow delivering a production quality level solution.
• Constantly explore and dive into new and exciting technologies and programming languages.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 8+ years of proven hands-on experience in OOP/OOD (at least 3 years in Python and\or Java)
• 1+ years in team leading positions or tech lead positions
• Outstanding software engineering skills with passion for fast development of high-quality software
• Good people skills and a great team-player
• Proven mentoring skills
• Proficiency in git-scm (Source Control Management) - must
• Working knowledge with Networking, Linux, Relational/Non-Relational Databases – huge advantage
• Experience in web technologies (e.g. Django, Flask, Spring, JavaScript, Angular, RESTful etc.) - advantage
• Experience developing/maintaining soft real-time multithreaded systems – advantage
• All candidates need to pass a security classification eligibility.
