The role of a community manager:

The goals of the community manager during her position (details below)

1. Establishment and expansion of the community's annual event routine.

2. Creating a stable, continuous and direct relationship with the community.

3. Support and encouragement of graduate initiatives.

The most important skills required for this purpose are high interpersonal skills, harnessing ability, organization and management and abilities

The work routine between us will require issuing a weekly summary and an action plan for the next two weeks by the community manager

In addition, there will be at least one synchronization call every two weeks between the organization's management and the community manager.

However, in addition to the formal communication, we assume and expect that there will be continuous communication during the work routine.

All the work will be done through the corporate domain and at the beginning of the employment you will be assigned a corporate user for that purpose. This will be expressed in emails and documents that were created and kept exclusively within the environment of the corporate domain (Google Drive).

As a general rule, the role of community manager can be performed from anywhere you see fit. However, there will undoubtedly be meetings and events that require physical attendance. Most of these meetings will be in the Tel Aviv area, but there may be additional locations. We expect the community manager to be flexible and willing to attend those meetings.
