Digital Fundraising Strategy Coach

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking to add a Digital Fundraising Strategy Coach to our current team.

The candidate we are looking for is passionate and proactive. A person who knows the non-profit landscape, and has an understanding of consultative strategy. A person looking to do great and meaningful work with people who are bringing good into the world.

As the next Strategy Coach at CauseMatch, you will work with nonprofits to plan and execute smart, data-driven online fundraising campaigns.

At CauseMatch we see fundraising as both an art and a science. The 'art' is figuring out the best way to make a specific campaign succeed. It would rely on your skills, intuition, and experience working with teams and leaders. The 'science' is using the CauseMatch strategy playbook, our vast experience, the technology platform, and historical data from past campaigns to bring a better strategic plan to your clients.

As the Strategy Coach, you will be responsible to learn, develop, and share online fundraising best practices with your clients and your team. You will primarily be responsible for developing unique strategies for your customers campaign’s success as well as guiding the process from start to finish. This could include: reviewing the non-profit’s resources for fundraising, drafting a step-by-step campaign fundraising strategy, meeting with the client to review the plan of execution, problem-solving throughout the process of planning, and supporting the client emotionally leading up to and during the campaign.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide strategy and guidance to clients based on our strategy playbook, our technology and digital fundraising best practices
• Hold strategy coaching sessions via ZOOM, Phone, and in-person
• Attend campaign rally events and meetings to assist in building the crowd for the campaign
• Attend Campaign Headquarters and call centers to check in on the launch of campaigns and give moral support and real-time coaching
• Bring a human quality and emotional intelligence to the campaign planningprocess
• Build deep and real relationships with clients – with a goal of 100% retention andup-sell
• Be diligent in coordinating between the client’s team and ours
• Review client campaign marketing materials and share feedback
• Work with the CauseMatch team to share feedback and insights to constantly improve our process and service
• Collaborate on client proposals/ campaign strategies with our sales team
• Continue to refine and build the strategic campaign planning process, including developing marketing materials, product ideas, and structure.

SKILLS/PAST EXPERIENCE:

• Native-level English and fluent Hebrew required
• Experience with online fundraising, nonprofit fundraising, and non-profit leadership (please make sure to note that in your application)
• Experience with client relations/coaching and past roles that have required a lot of client communication and consulting
• Cultural fluency, some knowledge of both Israeli and American culture
• Pumped to join a growing start-up and willing to hustle
• Experience at a high-growth technology company is a bonus
• Great presenter/public speaker
