Areas of responsibility:

1. Managing a BIM team of three people.

2. Building unified models built in Revit, Civil 3D, Open roads software.

3. Producing model control reports - QA.

4. Teamwork with other departments in the project: schedules, budget,

quality control, execution, etc.

Required skills:

Bachelor's degree in building/civil/architecture engineering

Master's degree - an advantage

Complete mastery of AutoCAD, at least 5 years of schematics experience -

mandatory!

BIM+REVIT - at least three years of experience - mandatory!

Working with 3D systems - a significant advantage/suitable for gamers!

Previous experience with 3D software - an advantage

Willing to work in the field while using personal protective equipment

Has knowledge and experience in planning

Proficient and experienced in reading schematics and plans

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the job -

mandatory!

Knowledge of English at a high level - reading, speaking, writing

Knowledge of Russian – an advantage

Ability to work with multiple tasks - mandatory!

Excellent interpersonal communication - mandatory!

Very good human relations and empathy - mandatory

Creativity and broad vision

Outstanding teamwork and brainstorming
