Role Description

This is a full-time ServiceNow Application Developer role at Defense Company. As a ServiceNow Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including designing, configuring, and customizing applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are a plus
