Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team at Five Fingers, based in Herzliya. This is a full-time, on-site position that entails spearheading our marketing initiatives and elevating the movement's visibility and impact through strategic, creative, and impactful marketing campaigns.

As a Marketing the manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our movement’s goals and enhance engagement across all platforms.

- Leading the production of captivating promotional materials and digital content, including videos, to effectively communicate the ethos and successes of our programs.

- Analyzing market trends and participant feedback to continuously refine marketing tactics and strategies.

- Collaborating with various teams to ensure the seamless integration of educational content and core values into all marketing efforts.

- Managing and expanding our digital presence, including social media and other online platforms, to reach a broader audience and foster community interaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of crafting and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

- High level of creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and solutions.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Effective team collaboration skills, with experience working in interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.

- Familiarity with social-educational methodologies and principles is highly advantageous, providing a deeper understanding of our target audience and mission-driven objectives.
