Location: Israel

Salary Range: 2000 - 3000 Euro (Terms & Conditions Apply)

Responsibilities:

• Assist new customers in the onboarding process, guiding them on account setup and product/service features.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for customer onboarding.
• Collect feedback from customers during the onboarding process to improve procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to customers on using company products/services effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress for reference and analysis.
• Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and best practices to better assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat.
  
  

• Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and thorough onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures and customer needs.
