Initial examination to examine the patient's suitability for a home care service.
Adjusting a treatment plan according to the patient's condition.
Work in a multi-professional team that includes a social worker, nurse, occupational therapist.
Adjusting appropriate medication.
Responding to the treating medical team, participating in team meetings and discussions.
Part-time position with option to fill. Possibility as an employee or self-employed.

Requirements:
Valid doctor's license - mandatory
A specialist in psychiatry or an intern just before stage 2 - mandatory.
Proven experience working with psychiatric patients - a significant advantage.
