We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-driven Global Seed Production Research Manager to join our Production unit. In this role you will lead our production research activities worldwide, leveraging your expertise to support production professional teams in maximizing seed production performances and enhancing our processes and output. Your role is pivotal in optimizing production efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Description

• Create and implement a global research strategy that aligns with Hazera's production goals and objectives by Identifying production gaps. Play a pivotal role in the development of producibility strategies.
• Formulate research projects to improve production practices. conduct trials to support the successful launch of new products. Update and improve working instructions.
• Oversee production research projects across international sites in a project management capacity approach, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. Using clear measurement tools such as milestones, schedules, and planned budgets.
• Analyze results using statistical methods and data tools to derive meaningful insights.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere within matrix organization teams by prioritizing clear communication, cross-functional interactions, and mutual respect. This involves encouraging open dialogue, sharing expertise.
• Manage knowledge resources to ensure effective dissemination and utilization throughout the organization, Deliver insightful reports on research outcomes, and influence decision-making at the executive level. Take part in the Limagrain Vegetable Group (LVS) research community, and work in collaboration with the group's sister companies HM.Clause and Vilmorin.Mikado as a strategic partner.
• Maintain close ties with universities, research centers, and the broader innovation ecosystem, continuously bringing fresh ideas and cutting-edge technologies to the company while embracing innovation and adaptability. Top of Form.
  
  

• Relevant academic degree: Master in agriculture/biology. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• At least 3 years’ experience in seed production or agriculture/seed research.
• Project management and execution skills (emphasizing on multi-project management)
  
  

• strong analytical skills with proven ability to gather and interpret data and attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder
• Ability to multi-task while staying focused to get critical items resolved.
• Curious and passionate for new learning and innovation
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Willingness to travel internationally.
