We are looking for a talented leader with proven experience in the retail field to join our team and manage the customers in the centerl region of Israel.
In this position:
Responsiblity for sales management and operation of all points of sale in the region
Managing strategic customer relationships
Leading the region to meet goals
Controlling the implementation of the commercial plan
Developing a team of regional sales managers and ushers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree - mandatory, Master's degree - a significant advantage
4+ years of experience in managing a sales organization, preferably in the retail/distribution field
Proven experience in managing and leading processes
Field sales experience
Ability to identify opportunities and gaps through reports and analysis
Dynamism, independence and the ability to perform several tasks at the same time
Ability to work with multiple interfaces and build long-term relationships
