We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Design Manager to join our team at Net-Bet. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading and managing a team of designers and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing design. We are looking for a candidate with strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication skills. Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with HTML are considered advantageous. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 2 designers, supporting and ensuring the successful execution of design projects.
• Manage the full lifecycle of design projects, from concept development and prototyping to final delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld.
• Develop and execute global brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content/retention and acquisition teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines, translating them into creative and effective design solutions.
• Work closely with freelancers as necessary to enhance the team's capabilities and resources as needed.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track project progress, deliver reports, assign tasks, and facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and digital marketing, and incorporate them into our design strategy and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in project management, with demonstrated proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Experience in working with design systems such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Basic HTML skills are advantageous.
• Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables is a requirement, demonstrating a proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate between departments, showcasing strong project management skills.
• Experience with Jira or any other task management software is a must.
• Experience in UI/UX design is highly advantageous, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• A team player with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude, possessing excellent social and personality skills.
