Software Developer

Responsibilities

Due to the growth in Israel, Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer, who will design, develop, and debug new and existing software products.

• Works under moderate supervision.
• Writes and implements efficient code.
• Works with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues and perform unit testing.
• Recommends and makes changes and enhancements to improve the quality of products and procedures.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience building successful production software systems.
• Bachelor’s (or above) Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience converting high-level product requirements into successful products through engineering design and implementation.
• Experience in modern programming front-end languages (Client: HTML, SCSS, JS, React JS or related libraries).
• Experience in modern programming back-end languages (Server: .NET Core & ASP .NET Core 7 and above).\
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/Oracle).
• Knowledge of Non-Relational databases (like Redis, MongoDB ad more).
• Experience applying computer science fundamentals in various areas such as Data Structure, Algorithms, Design Patterns, etc.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure software, web services or distributed systems for cloudbased online services – Advantages.
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers- Advantages.
• Knowledge of document / Graph / In-Mem based databases (MongoDB)- Advantages.
