We are seeking an experienced Motion designer to join our fast-growing marketing team. What you will be doing:
- Conceptualize & design powerful motion assets for the entire customer lifecycle and for various audiences, such as candidates, students, alumni, etc.
- Produce compelling and effective multimedia content for our different marketing channels.
- Collaborate and work closely with the different marketing teams (performance, social, partners, etc) and other key stakeholders in the company.
- Lead the projects that are assigned to you.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
What you need to succeed
- 2+ years work experience
- Strong art direction and filming skills
- Exceptional typography skills
- A brilliant, passionate visual storyteller
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to understand and develop concepts
- Proficient in Adobe CC is a must
- Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
