We are seeking an experienced Motion designer to join our fast-growing marketing team. What you will be doing:

• Conceptualize & design powerful motion assets for the entire customer lifecycle and for various audiences, such as candidates, students, alumni, etc.
• Produce compelling and effective multimedia content for our different marketing channels.
• Collaborate and work closely with the different marketing teams (performance, social, partners, etc) and other key stakeholders in the company.
• Lead the projects that are assigned to you.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

What you need to succeed

• 2+ years work experience
• Strong art direction and filming skills
• Exceptional typography skills
• A brilliant, passionate visual storyteller
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to understand and develop concepts
• Proficient in Adobe CC is a must
• Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
