SW Process Expert

Mobileye is looking for a hands-on SW Process Expert to join our R&D organization andestablish the rollout of and highly effective Software methodologies for meeting our customers process requirements.

As our SW Process Expert you will play a key role in the implementation of the Product Group vision by enabling the achievement of cross-functional deliveries of ADAS and Autonomous vehicles, that are delivered for production at the highest scale and in accordance with automotive software quality regulations (ASPICE). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing and rolling out streamlined yet robust processes and workflows, and ensuring innovative & efficient product development across the entire lifecycle.

What will your job look like:

• Mentor team leads and engineers in facilitating of standard process for design reviews, design change management , development planning , unit testing, code reviews and static code analysis.
• Monitor and maintain observability to the R&D process health.
• Work closely with R&D leaders and developers to establish clear goals and KPIs that measure the success and effectiveness of our R&D processes
• Recommend tools and techniques for software design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring the progress and performance of the SDLC process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to identify areas for enhancement and processes that require refinement and improvement
• Roll-out efficiency improvements for SW development process and methodology including Software Detailed Design, Code quality and Traceability
• Conducting assessments of the current SW Development Lifecycle deliverables and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, ensuring compliance with ASPICE.
  
  

• 5-10 years of experience in software development
• Scrum Master/ Tech Lead/ Development management experience
• Experience in process management in software development or R&D organizations, and proven success in rolling out efficiency improvements
• Good understanding of Software development life cycles and best practices
• Proactive mindset and can-do approach
• B.Sc . in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• Solid experience and proficiency in C++
• Familiar with 'Enterprise Architect', Jira and Polarion is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams
• Fluent English and Hebrew
