Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our manufacturing company in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing engineering support for process lines, focusing on improving efficiency and optimization
• Write detailed procedures, specifications, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Prepare repair instructions for non-conforming items and address challenges
• Support customer audits, including NADCAP audits and international suppliers
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform analyses, and ensure continuous line operation
• Develop new processes, write programs, and implement automated improvements
• Conduct periodic calibrations, train employees, and oversee certifications

Requirements:

• Chemical/Materials Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in metal/coating plants within a leading industry
• English speaker with high proficiency and experience with NADCAP auditors (mandatory)
• Expertise in coating processes and various treatments (anodizing, painting, cleaning, etc.)
• Excellent project and complex process management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to produce professional technical documentation
